Andrew Bianco is a fearless screenwriter and filmmaker with a wild imagination and a serious love for sci-fi and fantasy.

As the mastermind behind Bianco Black Pictures, Andrew doesn’t just write screenplays — he builds entire worlds, blending sharp storytelling with cutting-edge AI visuals to create electrifying proof-of-concept reels that grab the attention of producers, directors, actors, managers, and agents alike.

Andrew has completed the Unison graphic novel (available as a PDF now, with a print-on-demand version coming soon), based on his hilariously titled sci-fi novella Universal Dickhead. He has also penned Nullarbor Fugitive, Incubator Kid, and Kalgoorlie Giant — all bold, feature-length screenplays bursting with original ideas and cinematic potential.

When he’s not busy reimagining the universe, Andrew runs Melbourne’s legendary Ragtime Tavern https://ragtimetavern.com.au, an iconic piano bar famous for its one-of-a-kind rotating baby grand piano smack in the centre of the room. This magical spot has become a sanctuary for artists and music lovers, and under Andrew’s watch, it’s also inspired documentaries like the Spinning Baby Grand initiative, which aired on Foxtel.

At Bianco Black Pictures, we use AI tools to strengthen our stories and visualize concepts — but always under human creative direction. AI helps us work faster and dream bigger, without replacing the authentic artistic voice at the heart of each project.
